As conclus\u00f5es mais importantes e o maior impacto do encontro precisaram \u00e0 ado\u00e7\u00e3o da \u201cDecis\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Central do Partido Comunista da China sobre o aprofundamento abrangente da Reforma e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o ao Estilo Chin\u00eas\u201d <\/font><\/font><\/span><\/span><span style=\"margin: 0px; Algumas proposi\u00e7\u00f5es concretas incluem a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos baseado no local de registro de resid\u00eancia permanente e no agravamento do processo de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o advinda do \u00eaxodo rural.
