Moral realism attributes political leadership to the rise or decline<br \/>\nof great powers and categorizes political leadership, according to morality, as<br \/>\ninactive, conservative, proactive, or aggressive types at national level, and as tyranny,<br \/>\nhegemony, and humane authority at international level.
